About the role
- Report to the VP of Transformation and stand up and lead the Value Creation Plan (VCP) PMO
- Partner with executives and functional leaders to translate high-level strategy into a portfolio of funded, measurable initiatives
- Build and run the governance model: regular stand-ups, SteerCo preps, operational reviews, and lightweight templates for charters and reporting
- Maintain the master tracker, publish executive-level dashboards, and be the single source of truth for the VCP
- Proactively highlight issues, blockers, and dependencies and manage investment gating and sequencing of initiatives
- Enable data-driven decisions by building value bridges, KPI trees, and simple financial models in Excel
- First 90-180 days deliverables: get central VCP tracker live with top 30-40 initiatives, institutionalize VCP operating system, and establish benefits realization engine to track actual vs. planned benefits
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or operational strategy, ideally in a software or industrial technology company
- Demonstrated experience in setting up a PMO or similar function from the ground up and delivering measurable results
- Executive presence and communication skills; comfortable facilitating meetings with senior leaders and pushing for decisions
- Analytical fluency: strong command of Excel for building financial logic, value bridges, and KPI trees
- Cross-functional expertise: experience driving projects with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Finance
- High ownership and bias to action; 80/20 judgment and impeccable track record of follow-through
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in a private equity-backed company or similar high-growth environment; prior consulting value-creation/transformation experience; exposure to GTM productivity programs, portfolio rationalization, or global footprint initiatives
