  • The Founding Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, convert MQLs, and help build GTM systems.\n
  • You will work with the VP of Business Development to lay the foundation for aggressive sales growth and maintain a structured, repeatable, consultative sales motion.\n
  • This role requires a fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset and contributes to a unique approach in mortgage tech.\n
  • Key responsibilities include owning the sales pipeline, discovery, product demos, negotiation, process development, cross-team collaboration, CRM and reporting, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market (or Enterprise) B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.\n
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions to mid-market (or Enterprise) customers, preferably fintech, proptech, or a similar industry.\n
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from lead gen through to deal closing.\n
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive decision makers and buying leads.\n
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n
  • Experience using CRM tools (our current stack is centered around Hubspot) and sales enablement tools to manage leads, pipeline, and performance metrics.\n
  • Ability to adapt quickly, build or develop processes, and navigate ambiguity as the first AE in a growing sales organization.\n
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuinely consultative approach to selling- we partner deeply with our customers, from lead to launch, to help them achieve their mortgage business goals.\n
  • This role requires 5 days a week in office (SF Bay Area or New York City locations)
