About the role
- Help clients optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and improve visibility and collaboration
- Analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
- Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Develop supply chain strategy, optimise supply chain footprint and logistics, manage transportation and distribution
- Develop integrated business planning solutions and leverage digital technologies to make supply chains future-ready
- Arrange appropriate assignments and experiences to support others' learning and development
- Seek out and apply current and relevant technological advances
- Analyse marketplace trends to identify opportunities and create value propositions
- Drive and take ownership for developing networks and proactively manage stakeholders to create positive outcomes
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/MBA/MCA (degrees listed)
- Mandatory skill sets: Supply Chain Integrated Planning Transformation; Procurement Transformation; Logistics Transformation; Digital supply chain in Consumer goods, Pharma, Automotive, Industrial products sectors
- Experience program managing technology solution implementations such as SAP IBP/APO, JDA, Ariba, Oracle transportation, Warehouse management solutions or custom solutions
- Preferred: Experience working in the Consulting Industry
- Exposure to Source to Pay Systems (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Ivalua, Coupa, SAP certification is a plus
- Exposure to SAP MM – functional or business user
- Software: O9 Software
