About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns
- After-sales client management including issuing orders and invoices and handling webshop activities
- Coordinate ad placements and keep accurate records of all bookings
- Manage invoicing and payment tracking, including sending invoices and payment reminders
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare and send mailings
- Create customer reports and participate in regular reviews of print and banner advertisements
- Contribute to preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Work closely with Sales, Editorial, Events, and Marketing teams to handle client requests and bookings
- Take initiative to improve and simplify existing workflows and support integration of new processes and technologies
- Support Account Management colleagues as needed and report to the Team Lead, Account Management
Requirements
- Background in accounting
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in advertising across print and online platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Proactive approach to tasks and projects
- Fluency in English required
- Knowledge of German, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Experience using Google Ad Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress
- University degree (preferred)
- Understanding of the renewable energy industry (solar PV or energy storage) is advantageous
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
