Account Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns
• After-sales client management including issuing orders and invoices and handling webshop activities
• Coordinate ad placements and keep accurate records of all bookings
• Manage invoicing and payment tracking, including sending invoices and payment reminders
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare and send mailings
• Create customer reports and participate in regular reviews of print and banner advertisements
• Contribute to preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Work closely with Sales, Editorial, Events, and Marketing teams to handle client requests and bookings
• Take initiative to improve and simplify existing workflows and support integration of new processes and technologies
• Support Account Management colleagues as needed and report to the Team Lead, Account Management
