About the role

  • Advise and coach managers on performance and feedback
  • Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters
  • Guide performance improvement plans and terminations
  • Ensure compliance across Canada, US, and Mexico
  • Design and facilitate manager training sessions
  • Build and maintain a structured manager onboarding program
  • Strengthen performance management framework and support goal-setting
  • Partner with HR Coordinator on payroll, benefits, compliance, and documentation
  • Improve and streamline HR processes
  • Partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in HR / People roles
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Experience coaching first-time managers
  • Multi-country HR exposure (Canada/US; Mexico a plus)
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
  • Confident presenter and skilled facilitator for training sessions
  • Experience in remote or distributed environments preferred.
