About the role
- Advise and coach managers on performance and feedback
- Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters
- Guide performance improvement plans and terminations
- Ensure compliance across Canada, US, and Mexico
- Design and facilitate manager training sessions
- Build and maintain a structured manager onboarding program
- Strengthen performance management framework and support goal-setting
- Partner with HR Coordinator on payroll, benefits, compliance, and documentation
- Improve and streamline HR processes
- Partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in HR / People roles
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience coaching first-time managers
- Multi-country HR exposure (Canada/US; Mexico a plus)
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
- Confident presenter and skilled facilitator for training sessions
- Experience in remote or distributed environments preferred.
