About the role
- Strengthen manager capability and drive accountability
- Build scalable people systems and facilitate live training sessions
- Advise and coach managers on performance, feedback, and difficult conversations
- Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters
- Guide performance improvement plans and terminations
- Ensure compliance across Canada, US, and Mexico
- Design, host, and facilitate manager training sessions
- Improve and streamline HR processes and policies
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in HR / People roles
- Strong employee relations experience, with the ability to handle sensitive situations confidently
- Experience coaching first-time managers and leading manager enablement programs
- Multi-country HR exposure (Canada/US; Mexico a plus)
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
- Confident presenter and skilled facilitator for live and virtual manager training sessions
- Experience in remote or distributed environments preferred
