About the role
- Advise and coach managers on performance, feedback, and difficult conversations
- Lead investigations and resolve employee relations matters
- Design, host, and facilitate manager training sessions (virtual)
- Partner with HR Coordinator on payroll, benefits, compliance, and documentation
- Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession initiatives
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in HR / People roles
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience coaching first-time managers
- Multi-country HR exposure (Canada/US; Mexico a plus)
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
- Experience in remote or distributed environments preferred
