About the role
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist customers with payroll-related inquiries through email and phone
- Handle a high volume of inbound requests and support tickets
- Answer payroll questions and provide clear guidance
- Review account setup and support workflows within Push
- Create and update articles in knowledge bases for customer access
Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of Canadian payroll rules and legislation
- PCP or CPM designation from the Canadian Payroll Association certification (preferred)
- Comfortable with working with software
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
