About the role

  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist customers with payroll-related inquiries through email and phone
  • Handle a high volume of inbound requests and support tickets
  • Answer payroll questions and provide clear guidance
  • Review account setup and support workflows within Push
  • Create and update articles in knowledge bases for customer access

Requirements

  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting
  • Strong understanding of Canadian payroll rules and legislation
  • PCP or CPM designation from the Canadian Payroll Association certification (preferred)
  • Comfortable with working with software
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
