About the role

Requirements

  • Proven success in salesideally in real estate, vacation rentals, or property management.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and highly organizedable to work independently.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research.
  • Resilient mindset with a customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting strategies and market conditions.
  • Preferred: Background in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
  • Preferred: Existing network of property owners or real estate contacts is a plus.
  • Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual skills welcome.
  • Preferred: Sales certifications or formal training a bonus.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
