About the role
- Identify potential clients through online platforms, public records, and networking.
- Conduct outbound calls and messages to introduce vacation rental services.
- Earn trust through a consultative, value-first approach.
- Clearly explain services like listing optimization, revenue management, and property care.
- Address concerns around pricing, control, and ROI with confidence.
- Guide owners through the sign-up process and set expectations.
- Track all activity, follow-ups, and progress with discipline in CRM.
- Share feedback, track KPIs, and participate in strategy updates.
- Manage schedule, outreach, and goals independently; report weekly progress to the team.
Requirements
- Proven success in salesideally in real estate, vacation rentals, or property management.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
- Self-motivated and highly organizedable to work independently.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research.
- Resilient mindset with a customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting strategies and market conditions.
- Preferred: Background in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
- Preferred: Existing network of property owners or real estate contacts is a plus.
- Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual skills welcome.
- Preferred: Sales certifications or formal training a bonus.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
