Project Manager

• Responsible for working closely with the Pureprofile client base
• Oversee and manage the entire campaign delivery process
• Demonstrate proactive client engagement and build a reputation for reliable project execution
• Manage complete project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally
• Arrange kick-off calls and update project specs into a statement of work
• Review survey questionnaires for design/experience and consult for best practice
• Ensure detailed project briefs/specs are accurately documented

Project Consultant – Project Management

Operations

• Oversee and optimise the performance of suppliers and audience builder panels to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting regional Managing Directors (UK/EU/US) in strategic partnerships, rebate management, and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor and report on supplier usage, quality, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure internal processes and supplier engagement protocols are consistently followed and documented.
• Maintain and update supplier-related documentation, including approved vendor lists, platform access, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate training for supplier platforms to ensure internal teams are confident and compliant in their use.
• Coordinate and support the design, delivery, and administration of learning initiatives that strengthen the technical, analytical, and professional capabilities of teams.
• Manage learning schedules, materials, and records to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Support the development and communication of company-wide learning resources and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Use digital tools and data insights to monitor participation, track learning progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of learning and professional growth across the organisation.

Learning & Supplier Operations Coordinator – Maternity Cover

• Supporting delivery teams’ day to day by covering administrative and project management tasks
• Juggling several tasks across a high volume of projects
• Working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/or consumer requirements
• Managing delivery end to end for risk free projects
• Managing top up/ competitor client quoting and delivery of won opportunities
• Reviewing survey questionnaire against project specifications and consulting for best practice
• Defining the project plan details including timeline, resources required and potential roadblocks
• Basic scripting/ programming fulfilment
• Updating project specs into a statement of work
• Assistance with sample / quota management and fulfilment
• Monitoring field progress, problem solving and identification and implementation of solutions
• Data and quality assurance checks actioned
• Data and report generation
• Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally
• Protecting the consumer experience
