About the role

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets from existing clients
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and developing junior employees
  • Championing the improvement of internal processes
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to represent clients
  • Ensuring projects sold are delivered on time & within the budget
  • Train and develop Account Executives on Market Research and account Management
  • Work with other business units to exceed expectations and sell holistic solutions
  • Meet and exceed personal and team revenue and gross margin targets
  • Identify potential opportunities to pitch, win and deliver campaigns
  • Assist with developing client presentations and service/product offering
  • Develop a trusting relationship between key clients and the organisation
  • Managing the internal communications between clients and teams
  • Negotiating/Implementing incentive schemes with clients
  • Mentor and coach Account Executives on sales techniques

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in sales, account management, or business development within market research, insights, data, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Proven ability to run high-quality sales meetings, capabilities presentations, and closing conversations
  • Excellent proposal writing, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing complex briefs and designing research-based solutions
  • Strong industry knowledge (sampling, LOI/IR, feasibility, data quality frameworks, research methodologies)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
