• Support Ad Ops in campaign builds
• Collect and understand creative/technical specifications
• Assist with Co-op and Compliance process
• QA account Builds
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports
• Understand the function and mechanics of the AdBuilder, FeedBuilder, Incentives Manager and external ad serving platforms
• Use AdBuilder to create and launch new accounts based on individual automotive dealership goals
• Implement changes to existing account based on feedback from the client
• Use Google Adwords for quality analysis and troubleshooting
• Gather and organize landing page structures of clients’ websites
• Improve the components of the AdBuilder templates
• Identify reoccurring issues and suggest improvements to the platform
• Work with other teams to ensure a smooth transition of workflow from team to team
• Stay on top of automotive and digital marketing trends
• Assist in managing and tracking third-party vendors
• Meticulously document new and existing processes
• Other tasks that will arise as a result of working in a highly dynamic, technology-driven environment
