Solutions Engineer

• Create field-facing solutions content (technical walkthroughs, deep dives, demos, qualification guides, competitive guidance) for Data Protection, Unstructured Data, AI/Analytics, and File & Object Storage use cases, including backup and restore, DR/BC, ransomware/cyber recovery, archival/tiering, hybrid/multi-cloud protection, and large-scale data management.
• Build and launch enablement for early-stage Cyber Resiliency qualification (e.g., playbooks, discovery templates) aligned to specific customer outcomes.
• Develop strategies and patterns for integrating Pure solutions with unstructured data, AI, and analytics platforms; demonstrate value in complex data ecosystems.
• Provide guidance for file and object storage deployment, management, and optimisation best practices.
• Deliver webinars and event presentations (internal and external) with Alliance Partners, Channel Partners, and ecosystem vendors across backup/DR.
• Join customer calls, demos, POCs, EBCs, and strategy/sizing sessions to accelerate pipeline and deal progression.
• Maintain expertise in Pure’s platform portfolio; translate features (e.g., immutable snapshots, replication, rapid restore, container backup, disaster recovery) into concrete enablement plans.
• Stay current on emerging unstructured data, AI/analytics, and file/object innovations; turn insights into actionable field guidance.
• Influence the Solutions roadmap by capturing field feedback on patterns, blockers, and competitive dynamics in partnership with Product Management.
• Lead or oversee field testing of integrations and reference architectures; document best practices to bridge gaps ahead of formal validation.
• Provide post-sales assistance and troubleshooting around backup integrations, snapshot/replication workflows, cyber recovery runbooks, and DR orchestration patterns.
• Partner with Sales Leaders for two-way feedback, elevating regional strategy and execution for Data Protection.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on campaigns, content, and KPIs; connect teams and build strong internal relationships across Pure.

Consulting Field Solutions Architect

Manager

• Lead integrated, full-funnel media strategy across Brand, DTC, and Retail
• Develop and own quarterly and seasonal media plans aligned to business goals
• Anchor full-funnel planning frameworks and investment strategies
• Serve as the primary strategic lead for media agency partners
• Ensure agencies receive one unified brief and deliver one integrated plan
• Oversee executional excellence across all media channels, ensuring plans are activated with rigor, consistency, and quality
• Set standards for execution, optimization, pacing, and testing in partnership with Performance and Retail Media leads
• Partner with Creative and Media Content Strategy to align messaging and assets by funnel stage
• Collaborate with Performance and Retail Media leads to align channel strategy and execution
• Support brand campaign planning and omni-channel launch execution
• Partner with Analytics and Finance on measurement evolution, including CAC, LTV, ROAS
• Identify test-and-learn opportunities to improve efficiency, incrementality, and impact

• Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making, doing major account planning/selling.
• Work through partners in order to drive new business opportunities through them.
• Understand prospect and customer use-cases in order to drive new business.
• Plan and manage the relationships at both the strategic and operational level.
• Evaluate new opportunities and present recommendations to the account teams you are teamed with and the management team.
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence sessions for customers.
• Drive customer networking and thought leadership.
• Work closely with the rest of Portworx sales/pre-sales/SDR and engineering teams.
• Give enablement sessions both 1:1 and 1:many in order to spread the word on Portworx.
• Leverage all available documentation, best practices, knowledge-base articles and other vehicles to assist customers.
• Lead by example living the Pure Values: Persistence, Creativity, Teamwork, Ownership and Customer-first.
