- Independently lead value workstreams
- Develop compelling customer value propositions
- Build validated business cases for customers
- Work closely with internal partners across departments
- Quantify cost savings, operational improvements, and business outcomes
- Confidently present business cases with scenario modeling
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Executive teams
- Conduct structured discovery across business units
Requirements
- Strong analytical capability and numerical literacy
- Experience in financial analysis, consulting, IT, or related fields
- Proficiency in building financial models in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools
- Ability to validate datasets and make justified assumptions
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Comfort engaging directly with customer teams across various departments
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
