About the role
- Support sales planning, account data accuracy, data analysis, reporting, and strategic project execution
- Own accuracy of account data including hierarchy, segment, and attributes across SFDC, Reltio, D&B, and Anaplan
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues and manage exceptions in Anaplan
- Design and execute periodic audits to validate account hierarchies, segments, and assignments
- Partner with MDM, Sales Planning, Finance, and IT to resolve root causes and implement fixes
- Contribute to annual sales planning by validating account data and monitoring fields impacting planning and crediting
- Identify automation opportunities and maintain process documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor on account structure and data quality best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Master Data Management roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Anaplan; familiarity with Reltio, D&B, and account hierarchy tools is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to understand sales planning workflows, sales processes, and compensation mechanics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and influence without authority
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable; able to manage competing priorities with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in a global team or matrixed environment is a plus
