About the role

Develop new business across high-potential commercial segments in France, working with channel resellers and key customer accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
Prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships to deliver infrastructure solutions.
Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.
Identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business and drive referenceable business.
Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.

A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.
Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction is highly valued.
Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
Excellent time management and communication abilities.
5+ years of field sales experience.
Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
