About the role

  • Develop new business across high-potential commercial segments in France, working with channel resellers and key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
  • Prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships to deliver infrastructure solutions.
  • Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.
  • Identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
  • Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
  • Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business and drive referenceable business.
  • Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.

Requirements

  • A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction is highly valued.
  • Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience.
  • Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
