Product Manager

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis for the assigned Tech category to align commercial strategy with market opportunities
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Take ownership of the assigned product category: determine product mix, implement pricing policies, and manage stock supply to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Regularly evaluate and adjust product offerings based on market dynamics and performance analysis
• Cultivate and develop professional relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers
• Engage in effective communication to align strategies and negotiate offers with internal teams and external suppliers
• Negotiate offers and oversee the procurement process for products from internal and external suppliers, ensuring favorable terms
• Promote products across commercial channels, including physical stores, e-commerce platforms, and call centers
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies
• Participate in corporate merchandising policy and supervise implementation across commercial channels
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to support development and adjustment of pricing policies
• Generate comprehensive reports covering purchases, sales, profitability, stock levels, supplier performance, training initiatives, and promotions for the assigned product category
• FMCG/field merchandising experience will be valued and applied to category management activities

Ecommerce

• Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and know sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow up
• Monitor channel performance & online assortment vs previous year and vs competition
• Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
• Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
• Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
• Evaluate what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights
• Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels

eCommerce Activation Specialist

General Counsel

• Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts (supplier, vendor, and service agreements).
• Provide legal support on matters related to civil, labor, consumer, and commercial law.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, memos, and opinions.
• Monitor legislation and regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsels.
• Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes; support corporate projects (share capital increases, loans, filings with authorities).
• Manage corporate records and legal documentation, including signature, notarization, and legalization processes.
• Update and maintain legal templates; support the implementation of legal policies and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (law firms, auditors, notaries, regulators) on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to internal departments to facilitate business operations while mitigating legal risks.
