About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions and microservices to enable seamless integration between Public Group systems and third-party applications.
- Participate in the full system integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Develop and manage APIs, message queues, and event-driven services to ensure reliable and secure data exchange across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Public Group business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and promote best practices in microservices, DevOps, and integration standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience, experience in integration projects
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred
- Experience with Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Boot Framework
- Good knowledge of Architecture and Design principles and their applications
- Experience with SQL Databases
- Familiar with NoSQL Databases
- Should have strong exposure of hibernate, JPA, J2EE, SQL or NoSQL queries
- Familiar integrating with Rest API's and WebServices
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Experience with GIT for version control and code collaboration
- Capable of problem identification and resolution
- Experience in solving technical issues with thorough research and investigation
- Team work and great communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
