Account Executive

• The Account Executive articulates concepts, methodologies and value propositions to senior public-sector officials to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Working cross functionally with subject matter experts from the PSD team which includes research staff, experienced municipal practitioners, engineers and programmers.
• Driving a full sales cycle within our customer base – achieving or overachieving on your sales targets.
• Managing and growing your territory and maximizing revenue, while building future sales pipelines.
• Produce recommendations based on customer pain points - educating customers on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the financial and strategic realities of the customer.
• Negotiate PSD proposals, contracts and charters that are consistent with existing business operations.
• Deliver virtual and onsite presentations for senior municipal government officials pertaining to enterprise asset management and budgeting services.
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Constantly improve level of knowledge pertaining to PSD products and services as well as emerging market demands and competitive activity.
• Attend Municipal conferences to develop new client relations and maintain a relevant presence within the field.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales opportunities, action items and campaigns.
• Travel and onsite client relationship building in your territory.

Revenue Operations

• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support revenue strategy, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Own revenue reporting, pipeline health metrics, and forecasting accuracy across the full customer lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain pipeline forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and executive-level reporting (including Board-ready materials).
• Identify risks and opportunities across pipeline stages, segments, and territories, and surface insights to leadership.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and basic capacity modeling aligned to growth targets.
• Drive consistent operating cadence including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBR reporting.
• Design, document, and improve end-to-end GTM processes from lead through renewal and expansion.
• Own CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and pipeline data hygiene (Salesforce).
• Ensure data integrity and governance across the revenue tech stack and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data.
• Manage system integrations across marketing automation, billing, support, and product tools.
• Evaluate and implement GTM tools that improve productivity and reporting visibility.
• Build automation to reduce manual work and increase system adoption.
• Partner with Finance on ARR, bookings, churn, expansion, CAC, and LTV reporting.
• Support revenue enablement initiatives related to systems, reporting, and process documentation.

• Effective knowledge with web development languages, frameworks and new technologies
• Working with other software developers and support staff in order to take product ideas from concept to release
• Writing and maintaining code in a robust, efficient and readable manner
• Design and implement new user interfaces/experiences to meet clients needs
• Documenting code and providing the methodology behind it for future reference
• Testing and implementing experimental technologies
• Testing and reviewing code in timely and professional manner
• Ability to work in an Agile project delivery environment, develops and modifies technology systems, addressing functional, performance, security, quality, operational and monitoring needs
• Participate in phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects
• Managing data integrity and quality assurance activities to ensure application stability
• Managing self-directed assignments to implement features and resolve software defects to meet schedule commitments with high-level of quality
• Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
• Recommend and perform software improvements and upgrades
• Works with Business Analysts to complete analysis of business requirements, design and development of web applications that are integrated with other modules
