About the role
- Report directly to Proximie's Founder and CEO, Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram.
- Manage the Office of the CEO and work directly with Nadine on strategy, culture, and commercial momentum.
- Identify key strategic insights and ensure clarity of strategy for the team.
- Take ownership of the CEO's highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Help scale Proximie's culture and standards as the company grows.
- Support building and deepening relationships with health system executives and strategic accounts.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience, likely in management consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup, or a combination.
- Experience in a Chief of Staff or senior strategy role, or strong operational or advisory career.
- Exceptionally clear in thinking and communication - written and verbal.
- Ability to distil complexity into simple, compelling narratives.
- Ability to work at both altitude and ground level.
- Comfortable shaping and implementing strategic frameworks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build relationships.
