Executive Assistant

• Act as a receptionist for all inbound call queues when needed, providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
• Support insurance brokerage tasks as needed (training will be provided where necessary)
• Draft client communications when directed, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Assist with the preparation of business reports or documents as needed.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned to support business operations.
