About the role

  • Supporting customers in billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Supporting customers in basic troubleshooting of their hardware and software.
  • Dispatching of Technical Crews when such troubleshooting fails.
  • Answering inbound calls of customers who require roadside services, ascertaining the location of those customers through various means and then dispatching Roadside Service Providers to their location.
  • Ensuring no customer is "stranded" or doesn't have their situation resolved.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards all customers at all times.
  • Communicating and Coordinating with supervisors and team as needed.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional care.

Requirements

  • Professional at home Office Space for working.
  • Minimum 15 MBps Up, 50 MBps Down Internet Speeds.
  • You must be a resident of the State of Arkansas.
