Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Healthcare, Project Management, Business, Clinical Operations or Information Technology -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
2 or more years of experience in Project management within a healthcare, information technology, or another related industry or operations
Coursework/Training: Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles
Upon Hire: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or working towards completion
Data Interpretation: Ability to understand and use data to inform decisions
Project Planning & Coordination: Ability to develop timelines, manage resources, and coordinate tasks across teams
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with IT staff, administrators, and vendors
Adaptability: Comfort with change and fast-paced environments
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, timelines, and communications.
Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges with practical, scalable solutions
