Project Manager

• Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.
• Plan and drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.
• Identify project risks and develop and lead risk mitigation plans
• Manage project scope and document and present change orders for out of scope deliverables
• Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
• Together, collaborate with the other team members from the Service Delivery teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks.
• Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc)
• Ensure effective project governance by providing strong team leadership, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and holding team members accountable for deliverables, timelines, and adherence to project standards.
• Mentor and coach project management team to improve delivery and encourage skill development
• Support development and adherence to internal project methodology and company policies
