Respond to all hospital emergency codes
Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately using customer service skills
Use technology tools and automated telephone systems as directed and within established guidelines
Maintain confidentiality of Swedish Medical Center's customers and data
Support Providence Swedish's patient-focused, whole-person care culture
Requirements
Recent clerical or customer service experience
Prior Call Center experience and experience on automated telephone systems (preferred)
Experience in a customer contact or relevant service industry (preferred)
Ability to respond to hospital emergency codes
Maintain confidentiality of patients and customer data
Ability to use technology tools and automated phone systems
Evening availability (Job Shift: Evening)
Ability to work part-time (Job Schedule: Part time)
