About the role
- Under general supervision of the CFO, responsible for general accounting functions and other finance responsibilities as assigned
- Process A/P invoices, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and perform A/P research
- Assist in preparation of financial reports for Saint John's Health Center Foundation and affiliated entities
- Accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential

Requirements
- 1 year - Accounting/AP experience or equivalent (health care setting preferred)
- Experience processing A/P invoices, analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and performing A/P research
- Assisting in preparation of financial reports for Saint John's Health Center Foundation and affiliated entities
- Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
