About the role

  • Responsible for serving as a resource for core leaders and caregivers who face employee relations matters
  • Utilize best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations and adherence to HR policies
  • Conduct employee relations research and identify trends
  • Engage in labor relations research, dispute alternatives, and policy development
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards and report to other HR professionals

Requirements

  • 2 years of Professional human resources experience in similar role
  • 2 years of Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • 3 years of Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (Preferred)
  • 1 year of additional experience in the area of Labor Relations, and specialty areas of HR Service Center, Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, and/or Performance Management (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience working in multi-state/healthcare environment (Preferred)
