About the role
- Perform all related activities for supporting the organization's Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) for multiple locations.
- Prepare images for digital archiving and assure the quality control of medical diagnostic images and files.
- Support the Enterprise PACS Team in monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading PACS associated hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in PACS, diagnostic workstation station technology or information technology.
- 2 years of experience setting up and customizing local workstations.
- Experience working on and updating 3D workstations (Siemens and GE).
- Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience with radiology applications.
- Experience working in a large PACS environment. Solid background in PACS/IT hardware and software.
