Lead planning and execution of strategic, cross-functional projects and programs
Own project financial management: budget vs. actuals, forecasting, variance tracking, burn-rate analysis, and funding transparency
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive insights
Establish and track success measures and benefits realization tied to business cases
Drive EPMO process maturity and continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6 years project management/Program Management
4 years supervisor or leadership experience
4 years experience in healthcare, preferably in a health plan/ managed services organization/ pharmacy benefit management organization
Master's Degree and PMI certification (PMP) and/or Agile certification (SAFE, CSM etc.) preferred
Experience with Project Portfolio Management Tools (MS Project/PWA, Monday.com, Clarity etc.)
