About the role

  • Design and maintain high-performing, reliable, and secure services that support caregivers and business operations
  • Architect solutions that meet compliance standards and KPIs for quality, cost, and caregiver experience
  • Conduct hands-on compliance checks, rigorous reliability assessments, benchmarking, and interoperability testing to maintain high standards
  • Actively troubleshoot complex issues, collaborating with OEM vendors to drive resolution and ensure minimal disruption
  • Support enforcement compliance and standardization solutions
  • Proactively respond to incidents and continuously monitor production environments
  • Apply best practices, drive process improvements, and utilize data-driven insights for predictable releases and cost-effective solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
  • 1 or more years of related experience
  • Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
  • 1 or more years of experience in hardware validation, system integration, reliability/stress testing, and test automation (preferred)
  • Applies deep technical expertise and engineering best practices to conduct functional, performance, stress, and interoperability testing across complex systems (preferred)
  • Rapidly troubleshoots and resolves sophisticated issues, performing thorough root‑cause analysis and coordinating vendor escalations when needed (preferred)
  • Collaborates closely with developers, testers, program managers, and clinical/IS stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑quality services and solutions (preferred)
  • Leverages service KPIs, usage insights, and trend analytics to drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost‑efficient resource modeling (preferred)
  • Ensures systems remain resilient, secure, continuously monitored, and optimized for long‑term stability and performance (preferred)
