About the role
- Serve as a strategic labor consultant to local HR and core leaders experiencing labor organizing activity.
- Facilitate and recommend best practice approaches to labor and caregiver relations.
- Adhere to HR policies and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Provide seasoned expertise and technical knowledge on regulatory and agency requirements.
- Advise on federal and state employment laws.
Requirements
- 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
