- Provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
- Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends
- Collect, research and organize financial and operational data
- Create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of analytical and business experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire preferred
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) upon hire preferred
- 2 years of Healthcare related experience preferred
