About the role
- Responsible for embedded Application support and/or Business Analysis for solutions in use by ORC Customers
- Provide general troubleshooting and system support, implementation planning, testing, communication, and training for assigned IT solutions in ORC
- Provide continuous support and analysis for various simple to moderately complex ORC issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of Industry Related Experience with 3 years being in Health Care Rev Cycle or other applicable Business experience
- 2 years of Application Support or Business Analysis experience, with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Prior experience working with Epic
