About the role

  • Under general supervision of the CFO of the Foundation, responsible for general accounting functions and other Finance responsibilities as assigned
  • Process A/P invoices
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and perform A/P research
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports for Saint John's Health Center Foundation and affiliated entities
  • Accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential

Requirements

  • 1 year - Accounting/AP experience or equivalent (health care setting preferred)
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
