Requirements

  • 2 years of Customer service environment.
  • Basic MS Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in a Healthcare setting.
  • Preferred: Customer service experience in a managed care environment.
  • Preferred: IDX experience.
