About the role
- Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management
- Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates
- This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience (inbound/outbound)
- Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends
- Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
