About the role

  • Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management
  • Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates
  • This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience (inbound/outbound)
  • Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment
  • Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends
  • Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
