About the role
- Facilitate quality improvement programs to standardize care delivery and increase reliability
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership
- Lead design, implementation, and sustainment of prioritized quality goals
- Support complex, cross-functional quality programs
- Use quality improvement methodologies and tools, evidence-based clinical pathways, risk assessments, and data analysis
- Improve quality outcomes, patient safety, and performance in payor/government programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Upon hire: Licensure as applicable to educational background
- Within 90 days of hire: Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety
- 3 years Healthcare
- 3 years If bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 3 years of industry experience is required
- Interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, and health services research
- Work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking, change management
