Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Upon hire: Licensure as applicable to educational background
Within 90 days of hire: Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety
3 years Healthcare
3 years if bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 3 years of industry experience is required
Interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, and health services research
Work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking, change management
