About the role

  • __**About the role:**__
  • Preparing the hiring plan as per the budget and approved positions through RRFs(Recruitment Requisition Form)
  • Initiating in-take meetings with hiring managers to understand the open positions to prepare the job description
  • Managing the job posting on various platforms and proactively working on the priority positions
  • Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Creating innovative approaches like Job posters, Ad campaigns etc to increase applications
  • Working on certain employer branding activities to increase the visibility of Job posts
  • Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through various strategies.
  • Reviewing resumes, screening candidates through daily recruitment trackers
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers and maintaining the feedback.
  • Maintaining the data integrity on application tracking systems
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • **Must have skills:**
  • Knowledge of any ATS (Application tracking system)
  • Ability to complete open positions on time and within the stated budget.
  • Highly efficient in headhunting for niche skills
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
