Security Operations

• Lead and coordinate Incident Response investigations for Protera Technologies and its customers
• Perform detailed analysis of logs and alerts to differentiate true security incidents from benign events
• Discover and correlate relationships between seemingly unrelated information to identify threats
• Conduct packet analysis of network traffic to obtain corroborating evidence for investigations
• Lead incident response calls with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, updates, and coordinated remediation actions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices, investigations, and tool usage
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to provide effective incident handling, containment, and remediation support
• Continuously improve incident response and security operations procedures
• Handle escalated security incidents tools like, SIEM, EDR, ITSM, email, phone, or in-person interactions
• Manage security incidents through resolution and escalate or consult with leadership when required
• Tune, troubleshoot, and optimize SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other security monitoring systems
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify emerging risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during critical security incidents, providing status updates, guidance, and recommendations
• Document all incident response actions and client communications to ensure audit readiness and post-incident reporting

SOC Analyst

IT Support

• Lead clients' infrastructure & cloud migration engagements, including cloud migration strategy, application cloud suitability/readiness assessment, migration planning, sourcing options, business case and execution coordination
• Lead design, implementation and migration to new IT infrastructure and cloud (IaaS/PaaS) environments
• Manage a portfolio of large, long-term, and complex projects that may span multiple lines of business
• Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource planning
• Works with functional Managers for project timeline and resource management
• Customer relationship management; Interfaces directly with customer's IT and executive management;
• Change and risk management Status reporting on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership,

Senior IT Project Manager – Contractor

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP solution design and execution for manufacturing clients
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and define optimal business processes
• Configure and implement:
• - Master data structures (BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions)
• - Demand management and MRP strategies (MTS, MTO, CTO)
• - Capacity planning and production scheduling
• Support ECC to S/4HANA migrations (brownfield and greenfield approaches)
• Lead transition from classic PP to embedded PP-DS
• Design and implement MRP Live, predictive MRP, and DDMRP concepts
• Enable adoption of Fiori shop floor apps and Manufacturing Cockpit
• Drive integration across SAP modules, including:
• - PP-MM (procurement-driven production, subcontracting, external processing)

• - Embedded PP-DS and advanced scheduling tools
• - SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and MES integration patterns
• - Discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing scenarios (REM, PI sheets, backflushing)
• - Variant configuration (LO-VC and S/4 AVC)
• Lead RICEF identification, prioritization, and estimation for PP workstreams
• Define data migration strategies for PP master data and production orders
• Develop cutover and parallel-run strategies for manufacturing operations
• Provide client-facing advisory, including executive presentations and steering committees
• Contribute to SOW development and effort estimation
