Account Executive

• Responsible for a defined territory of customers and prospects; create and execute a go-to-market plan
• Leverage resources (BDRs, Partners, Product Specialists, Solution Consultants) to drive sales
• Focus on customer success to become a trusted advisor and extend Protegrity footprint
• Identify and interpret clients/prospects business objectives and present complex solutions virtually or face-to-face
• Build and lead virtual internal teams to deliver solutions
• Create territory and individual account plans to maximize revenue, margin, market share and relationship depth
• Drive retention, renewals and growth while achieving assigned quotas
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of the platform and ensure customer success
• Provide market and "voice of customer" feedback to influence product and solution development
• Establish and maintain strong senior leadership level client and partner relationships
• Partner with Marketing on account-based strategies and publish client success stories
• Manage several existing Enterprise accounts

Principal Account Executive

Engineer

• Protegrity leads innovation using AI and quantum-resistant cryptography to transform data protection across environments
• Design and develop user-centric dashboards and reporting interfaces that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive BI visuals
• Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports aligned with UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Optimize layout, navigation, and interactivity of BI tools to enhance engagement and comprehension
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting interfaces
• Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across BI platforms
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions
• Stay current with UX trends, BI technologies, and data visualization techniques including AI-forward technologies

Data Visualization Engineer

• Collaborate with teammates daily and work with product owners and product managers to build customer-focused solutions
• Build front-end utilities using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Build Jenkins build pipelines and other CI/CD processes
• Securely integrate client-side utilities with REST APIs
• Automate test cases and installation packages using a variety of tools
• Write user friendly documentation and technical documents
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and processes and conduct constructive code reviews
• Identify potential areas for improvement to speed delivery of value to end users
