Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients in the Intake department
Respond to questions from potential clients, listen, gather and document all relevant information
Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyze case fit, and ensure clients feel seen and heard
Work with intake management team to determine viability of potential cases
Engage and sign clients in areas including wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination
Be a closer: relate to potential clients and encourage them to sign with the firm
Build relationships with potential clients and vendors
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to meet monthly goals
Update the firm’s database promptly and accurately
Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately
Requirements
Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or call center
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients
Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals
Ability to work weekends, evenings, overtime, holidays, and on-call as necessary
High School Diploma or GED
Must have home office set up for HIPPA compliance
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (employer participates in E-Verify)
