About the role

Take inbound customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments.
Forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment.
Work from your computer for the duration of your shift.
Regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
Participate in an introductory learning and development phase and meet performance expectations.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English & Spanish.
Excellent communicator, verbally and written in both English & Spanish.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Passionate about customer service.
People-focused, friendly, and attentive listener.
Dependable and shows up when expected.
Above-average computer skills, including typing.
Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase at satisfactory levels.
Able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays (minimum 8 hours on Fri & Sat) and commit to 40 hours/week for next 6 months between 5:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific Time.
Physically located and working in one of the listed U.S. states for the duration of employment.
Must meet the company's system and internet requirements.
