About the role
- Own and deliver the commercial growth strategy for France, shaping how the company competes in-market.
- Spot and act on new opportunities to grow revenue, expand reach, and outpace competitors.
- Lead new business deals from pipeline creation to negotiation and close.
- Build strong commercial agreements and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Oversee existing partnerships to ensure performance, growth, renewals, upsells, and expansion.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners.
- Collaborate with global strategy leads, partnerships, and business leaders and report to VP of Sales Operations.
- Act as the face of the business in France.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account/partnership management.
- Ability to build and execute growth strategies in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and inspiring them to deliver results.
- Native language is France and fluent in English.
- Bonus points: Experience in ticketing, travel, transport, and/or insurance.
