Finops Subject Matter Expert working with existing install base to answer questions surrounding the ProsperOps platform and cloud rate optimization methods
Onboarding/implementation support including bringing customers up to speed with various FinOps concepts and how our platform works
Work with the Product team to develop new optimization services to enhance customer discounts
Addressing general support inquiries and ad hoc requests with customers
Introducing new products/features
