About the role
- Maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with multiple departments in the organization, focusing on company-wide initiatives as well as being the SME on multiple B2B and B2C applications.
- Oversee the creation, management, and execution of test plans and test cases or other relevant areas of expertise in Quality.
- Report to leadership on relevant statistics for area of expertise.
- Lead and guide offshore resources.
- Oversee all aspects of area of expertise inside Quality, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure goals are met.
- Lead all relevant aspects of all production releases, providing services and coordinating resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
- Work independently with multiple Scrum teams as well as on the multiple Projects.
Requirements
- Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Years of Experience: 6
- Type of Experience: Must have strong expertise in QA, Agile Methodology, CICD, eCommerce
- Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Akamai CloudTest, JMeter (graphana, elasticsearch, Kibana), HP Load Runner, SQL, AS400 knowledge, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, TestProject.io, QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium
- Language Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred: Must have experience using QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium etc.
- Must have experience working with onsite offshore teams.
