Maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Work closely with multiple departments in the organization, focusing on company-wide initiatives as well as being the SME on multiple B2B and B2C applications.
Oversee the creation, management, and execution of test plans and test cases or other relevant areas of expertise in Quality.
Report to leadership on relevant statistics for area of expertise.
Lead and guide offshore resources.
Oversee all aspects of area of expertise inside Quality, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure goals are met.
Lead all relevant aspects of all production releases, providing services and coordinating resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
Work independently with multiple Scrum teams as well as on the multiple Projects.
Requirements
Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 6
Type of Experience: Must have strong expertise in QA, Agile Methodology, CICD, eCommerce
Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Akamai CloudTest, JMeter (graphana, elasticsearch, Kibana), HP Load Runner, SQL, AS400 knowledge, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, TestProject.io, QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium
Language Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred: Must have experience using QA tools like qTest, JIRA, Selenium etc.
Must have experience working with onsite offshore teams.
