About the role
- Partner Recruitment Support
- Identify and research target partner organizations aligned to Prophix’s ideal partner profiles (VARs, ISVs, advisory firms) and current ICP focus.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage partner decision-makers and generate qualified introduction meetings for PAMs.
- Qualify partner fit based on defined criteria (ecosystem alignment, ICP overlap, services motion, geographic coverage, willingness to co-market/co-sell).
- Support inbound partner interest by responding, qualifying, and routing to the appropriate PAM with complete context and recommended next steps.
- Maintain a clean partner prospecting pipeline, ensuring accurate notes, statuses, and next actions in Salesforce/partner systems.
- Partner-Sourced Lead Development
- Follow up and nurture partner-registered leads that are not ready to progress immediately, using structured sequencing and multi-touch outreach.
- Work leads from partner webinars, joint events, and co-marketing campaigns, qualifying interest and identifying next steps.
- Book high-quality meetings for Sales reps by confirming fit, timing, pain points, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner closely with PAMs, Marketing, and Sales to ensure partner-sourced leads are actioned quickly and moved through the funnel efficiently.
- Continuously improve performance by tracking conversion metrics and adjusting outreach, sequencing, and messaging based on results.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, partner development, or related role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach and run confident discovery conversations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed activity and meeting-booked goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and ability to prioritize targets across multiple partner types and lead sources.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement/enrichment tools (e.g., Outreach, DemandBase, Clay).
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple sequences, stakeholders, and handoffs.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
- Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
- Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
