About the role

  • Proactively teaming with other departments in the management of the overall client relationship.
  • Actively prospect daily into customer base.
  • Evaluate, engage and expand sales requests with customers.
  • Manage and close complex sales cycles with key accounts while working in concert with Professional Services, Cloud Team, Direct Sales, Legal, Customer Support and Customer Success Departments.
  • Escalate significant opportunities as well as customer issues.
  • Create and rigorously update opportunities in our CRM.
  • Assist with managing and running marketing campaigns to nurture sales within the customer base.
  • Work with other departments to run customer enablement programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ of direct or customer selling experience in software sales, CPM or Fintech Software preferred
  • A track record of achieving sales performance targets
  • CRM experience as a user (ex: Salesforce.com)
  • Strong computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of CPM software is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Deep understanding of on-premise and cloud business models
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, effective public speaking skills and presence and proven ability to work with our customers’ senior management levels (ex: CFO, CIO, VP Finance, etc.)
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
