About the role

  • Lead and manage the execution of Prophix’s data and analytics strategy to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Build, coach, and lead a team of data professionals to deliver strategic and tactical data solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders across functions to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and define measurable outcomes.
  • Design and oversee the architecture and operations of Prophix’s data infrastructure, including data warehousing, MDM, data governance, and reporting platforms.
  • Champion a culture of data literacy and experimentation across the company.
  • Operationalize advanced analytics capabilities, including dashboards, predictive models, and self-service reporting.
  • Define and implement enterprise-wide policies for data governance, security, lineage, and quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate analytics into core business workflows and KPIs.
  • Track and report progress on key initiatives and delivered business value to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations and advocate for ethical data usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in data and analytics, including data governance and data platform management.
  • Proven experience building and leading cross-functional data teams in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success translating strategic goals into actionable analytics initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience with data ecosystems including Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Matillion, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, architecture, metadata, lineage, and MDM.
  • Track record of delivering enterprise-wide dashboards, AI/ML models, and self-service analytics tools.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies, modern SDLC practices, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
